Payment
KaffeExpert.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Amex, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple pay, Google Pay and Paypal You can also pay via MobilePay Online.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.
Shipping
KaffeExpert delivers on all weekdays and these are normally shipped within 24 hours. However, there may be cases of up to 48 hours if the item is shipped from a remote warehouse. The delivery time from the day of shipment is approx. 3-5 business days. Depending on whether it is shipped from a local or remote warehouse
KaffeExpert delivers to all of Denmark and the rest of the EU.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to Kontakt@kaffeExpert.dk, or use the standard cancellation form.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. The only thing you need to send in addition to the item is a piece of paper with information such as;
I hereby declare that I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal in connection with my purchase agreement for the following goods/services;

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
Expected processing time is 48 hours from receipt of the returned item.
No right of withdrawal applies when;
Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch cannot be canceled.
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value, and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of withdrawal for business purchases: There is no right of withdrawal for B2B trade
Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of the fault being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
